This is a brand new character for the Ignorant Boys' Guide to World Maintenance. And for once, I will say NO MORE. Not even a name. Muaha. Except that he is a scientist, working for Deva.
This isn't a final design -- just initial messing with costume. It's kind of generic for my taste. The long coat and gloves mean I've read the issues of Saiyuki with Zakuro one too many times ^_^ I have, however, finally found an outlet for my weakness for goggles.
