1. Shades of Bonus Stage, Vasquez and =Rimfrost, style-wise. Whatever. It was all just an excuse to draw that last panel.
2. The Phantom of the Opera © Gaston Leroux. Willy Wonka © Roald Dahl (and to a lesser extent, the fault of Tim Burton and Johnny Depp, at least this time around).
3. Before anyone gets defensive, let it be known that I love Burton's version of Wonka to death, and don't honestly believe there was OMG CHANSECKS EW goin' on. And if anyone's going to get defensive about chan now, let it be known that hey, it's not my thing, but to each their own ^_^
